Fargo 84057 Color Ribbon Details

Genuine Fargo 84057 YMCKI color ribbons are used to print single-sided full-color cards with black resin text or barcodes, over the entire card, with an inhibitor (I) panel.

The inhibitor panel allows cards with front-of-card surface foils or back-of-card signature panels to be printed on by preventing the retransfer film from adhering to those areas. The inhibitor panel is mainly used for printing cards with a signature panel or magnetic stripe.

On the front side of the card:

• Y – yellow panel
• M – magenta panel
• C – cyan panel
• K – black resin panel
• I – inhibitor panel (front or back of the card)

Fargo card printers require specialized Fargo ribbons to function properly. To maximize printed card quality and printer durability, use only genuine Fargo 84057 YMCKI ribbons.
